REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Web Design Payments for custom design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client if they opt for payment plan. If client has opt to pay in full, payment must be submitted before beginning design work. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Alex & Brie Creative Marketing (The Creative Girl) and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

Logo Design

Logo payments are non-refundable. Clients payment must be paid in full before Alex & Brie Creative Marketing (The Creative Girl) can start on their projects.

Branding + Graphic Design payments

Are non-refundable. Clients payment must be paid in full before Alex & Brie Creative Marketing can start on their projects.

Grant of Rights

Client and Alex & Brie Creative Marketing (The Creative Girl), agree that when asked, Client must properly identify Alex & Brie Creative Marketing (The Creative Girl) as the creator of Work. Client does not have a proactive duty to display Alex & Brie Creative Marketing (The Creative Girl) name together with Work, but Client may not seek to mislead others that Work was created by anyone other than Alex & Brie Creative Marketing (The Creative Girl). Draft files of artwork are property of Alex & Brie Creative Marketing (The Creative Girl), and shall not be used in any matter or posted onto Social Media. That can be breach of contract, and cause Alex & Brie Creative Marketing (The Creative Girl) to forfeit project. In this case, no refund.

Alex & Brie Creative Marketing (The Creative Girl) assumes client has permission from the rightful owner to use any code, scripts, data, media and reports provided by client for inclusion in its materials, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Alex & Brie Creative Marketing (The Creative Girl) from any claim or suit arising from the use of such work. Alex & Brie Creative Marketing (The Creative Girl) retains the right to display web content elements as examples of their work in their portfolio and as content features in other projects.

Alex & Brie Creative Marketing (The Creative Girl) reserves the right to disable and/or terminate a user’s account if a user is found in violation of the terms. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.
